2. AED 15 shipping charge for orders below AED 99.

Returns
1. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
