Shipping

We ship across the UAE and to the following GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.

UAE

• Free shipping over AED 100. AED 20 delivery fee below AED 100. Delivery in 1–2 business days.

GCC

• Shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery in 2–4 business days. Customs or import charges, if applicable, are payable by the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

UAE

• Returns & Exchanges: Free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• 1-Year Warranty: All items are covered by our 1-year warranty. For full warranty details and eligibility, read our Warranty Policy.

GCC

• Returns & Exchanges: GCC orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are only available where applicable under our warranty. Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and bank or currency conversion fees are non-refundable.

• 1-Year Warranty: All GCC items are covered by our 1-year warranty. GCC warranty claims are eligible for a refund only and do not include replacements. Read our Warranty Policy.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
