Yes. All Lawrence Jewellery pieces include a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects (like plating issues or breakage not caused by misuse).
Orders & Shipping
We currently ship across the UAE and GCC — Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait. UAE delivery usually takes 1–2 business days, while GCC delivery takes 2–4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Yes. We provide free shipping on UAE orders above AED 100. Once you receive an email that your order is on the way, it means your package has been shipped and will arrive within the next day. For GCC orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout and delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.
Payments & Returns
We accept major credit and debit cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as Apple Pay.
Yes. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for UAE orders, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. To request a return, simply contact our customer care team via WhatsApp or email with your order details. GCC orders cannot be returned or exchanged, but eligible items may be refunded under the 1-year warranty. All orders are covered by our 1-year warranty.
