Yes. All Lawrence Jewellery pieces include a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects (like plating issues or breakage not caused by misuse).
Orders & Shipping
We ship across the UAE and worldwide. UAE delivery takes 1–2 business days, GCC delivery takes 2–4 business days, and delivery to the rest of the world takes 7–10 business days
Yes. We offer free shipping on UAE orders above AED 100. For international orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout. All orders include a tracking number provided by Quiqup via email.
Payments & Returns
We accept tabby, major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay.
Yes. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for UAE orders, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. To request a return, simply contact our customer care team via WhatsApp or email with your order details. International orders cannot be returned or exchanged, but eligible items may be refunded under the 1-year warranty. All orders are covered by our 1-year warranty.
