Yes. All Lawrence Jewellery pieces include a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects (like plating issues or breakage not caused by misuse).
Orders & Shipping
We currently ship across the UAE only. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Yes. We provide free shipping on orders above AED 150. Once you receive an email that your order is on the way, it means your package has been shipped and will arrive within the next day.
Payments & Returns
We accept major credit and debit cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as Apple Pay.
Yes. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. To request a return, simply contact our customer care team via WhatsApp or email with your order details.
