Warranty

At Lawrence Jewellery, we stand by the quality of our pieces. All items purchased directly from us are covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects, and in the rare event of discoloration or tarnishing under normal use during the warranty period.
  • Proven manufacturing defects.
  • Tarnishing or unusual discoloration under normal use.

(Please note: natural color fading from surface scratches due to daily wear and tear is not covered. Our team will carefully assess whether an issue is caused by normal scratches or actual tarnishing of the metal.)

If your item is eligible, we will provide a like for like replacement at no cost. If an identical piece is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of equal value or a similar style.
  • General wear and tear, improper handling, lack of care, or exposure to harsh chemicals such as perfumes, soaps, or cleaning agents.
  • Scratches or breakage from daily use (gold and steel are not scratch proof).
  • Lost or stolen jewellery.
  • Damages caused by third party repairs or adjustments.
